Sales Partner Policy

Effective from March 15, 2026 until further notice

1. Scope & Applicable Entities

This policy applies to individuals or organizations (collectively referred to as “Partners”) who participate in introducing, consulting, and selling Easy AI solutions to new customers.

2. Commission & Payment Policy

2.1. For SaaS Packages

Partners are entitled to:

  • 10% commission on the first payment of the contract value

  • 8% commission on renewals (retention) from the same customer

Commission is calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer.

2.2. For Custom Packages

Partners are entitled to up to 10% commission on the total contract value.

Commission will be:

  • Paid in a lump sum

  • Disbursed based on actual cash flow received from the customer

2.3. Sales via Third Parties

In cases where Partners sell through intermediaries or sub-partners:

  • Easy AI will pay a maximum of 10% commission per contract

  • Commission distribution among involved parties is the Partner’s responsibility

3. Payment Timeline

Commissions are aggregated monthly and paid between the 10th and 15th of the following month, based on completed customer payments.

4. Partner Obligations

Partners commit to:

  • Not representing Easy AI to negotiate pricing or sign contracts without authorization

  • Not misusing Easy AI’s brand, assets, or creating misleading representations

  • Complying with all applicable laws and standards related to content, technical implementation, data security, and brand usage

Easy AI reserves the right to terminate the partnership and withhold commission payments in case of violations.

5. Tax & Financial Obligations

  • Individuals: Commission income is before Personal Income Tax. Partners are responsible for tax declaration and payment in accordance with regulations.

  • Organizations: Both parties will sign a separate agreement to define tax obligations and payment methods.

6. Support from Easy AI

Easy AI provides Partners with:

  • Product materials

  • Marketing and sales content

  • Technical support and solution consulting during implementation

7. Other Terms

Participation in the program implies full acceptance of this Policy.

Easy AI reserves the right to update or modify this Policy when necessary and will notify through official channels.

Any disputes arising will be resolved in the spirit of cooperation, with the final decision belonging to Easy AI.
