Sequences work best when entry and stop events are reliable. Measure delivery, reply, accepted task, suppression, complaint, correction and duplicate rates against a defined denominator and sequence version. Common errors are calendar-day delays across holidays, stale personalization, missing reply synchronization, channel collisions, unlimited retries and optimizing sends rather than useful outcomes. Recheck the current state immediately before each action.
